We Were Early
CIMSS and MIMIT have been building toward this for years. While most of healthcare was still debating whether AI belonged anywhere near a patient, we were shipping it. Agentforce agents inside Salesforce. Slackbots running on Claude. Each one built to extend Salesforce’s reach — to take a platform made for customer relationships and stretch it across the range and scope of healthcare operations.
MIMIT is where we proved it. Not pilots. Not demos. Working systems, in production, doing real work.
The Foundation Came First
Here’s the part most people skip. Agents are only as good as the data beneath them.

Becoming an Anthropic partner doesn’t make CIMSS a builder of agentic enterprises. The work did that. The partnership confirms it — and it deepens the relationship with the company whose models already run inside our stack.
